The Goodyear Conv Spare tyre is designed as a temporary/compact spare tyre, ideal for vehicle manufacturers looking to offer more boot space and reduce the overall weight of the vehicle. This tyre is an effective solution for temporarily regaining mobility in the event of a puncture, offering a lightweight alternative to full-size spare tyres and wheels.

This tyre is specifically designed for temporary use, with a reduced physical size, a narrower tread, decreased tread depth, and a lighter construction compared to the vehicle's standard tyres.
It is necessary to maintain the Conv Spare tyres at a cold inflation pressure of 60 psi and not to exceed a speed of 50 mph to ensure their proper functioning.
Note that temporary/compact spare tyres are sold without a wheel.
