Made with F1 savoir-faire, the Pilot Sport PS2 265/40 ZR18 101Y is designed for extreme-performance vehicles. VCP technology provides better performance on bends. The reduced size, similar to that of an F1 tyre, prevents warping on bends. Asymmetrical design for very good performance on wet ground. This tyre currently holds the speed record on a closed circuit.

20% DEEPER SCULPTURE

The Pilot Sport PS 2 tyre quickly expels water caught between the tyre and the ground thanks to its even deeper tread pattern. Reduced skidding risks and improved safety in rainy weather are the consequences.

Bi-compound technology

There are two different compounds distributed between the inside and outside of the tread:
Inside: the rigid elastomer provides precise driving and exemplary guidance.
Outside: The polymer chain elastomer has the right hardness to ensure perfect adherence and exceptional grip in tight corners.

I have these tires mounted on the rear axle with dimensions 265/35/18. They are perfect both on dry and wet roads, they never gave me any scares, 80% on the road. I never thought they would last so long on a fairly heavy rear-wheel drive car.

As a replacement for Michelin Sport Cup 2, which are only effective once warmed up. PS tires are powerful in all types of driving and in all kinds of weather. I recommend them.
