Description

The CrossClimate + 165/65 R14 83T model is an all-season tyre by Michelin. It's intended for passenger vehicles and drivers looking for better handling of their cars. The V-shaped grooves in the centre of the tyre allow for faster braking on wet ground.

A unique sculpture

The "rack effect" on snowy ground is enhanced by the tread's rigidity combined with the V-shaped pattern of the tyre, which significantly increases its lifespan. Thus, the MICHELIN CrossClimate + lasts even longer than the MICHELIN Energy Saver + tyre, which is considered the benchmark in terms of longevity for all summer tyres. It lasts 25% longer than the average of all "premium" all-season tyres.

A rubber with an innovative composition

Temperature variations do not affect the exceptional grip provided by the flexibility of the rubber compound.
On dry roads, braking is optimised by the chamfer and the robust construction of the rubber blocks of the MICHELIN CrossClimate + tyre.

High-performance slats

The full-depth 3D sipes of the MICHELIN CrossClimate + tire provide it with long-lasting mobility on snowy roads. Moreover, they are self-locking for increased efficiency in dry weather braking. Finally, new grooves are revealed in the tread as the rubber wears down, helping it maintain its traction on snow until the very end.
