Good tire, flawless installation, but delivery took a long time. Customer service took several days to respond and solve the problem. Good packaging

The tire is good, but upon delivery the tire was completely squashed, making it almost impossible to mount on the rim, impossible to inflate, finally succeeded at extra cost by first inserting the inner tube and then removing it

I ordered 4 tires, the two rear ones were in perfect condition. However, the two front ones were completely deformed, very poor packaging for shipping, they were tied together, very bad idea. Otherwise, very good and competitive site.
